What Stilla Circle is
Stilla Circle is a small circle in Vienna for founders, owners, investors and people who run companies. We meet in small groups — an evening in the city, and later long weekends outside it — and spend real time together, without phones, titles or selling.
Why it exists
Most people who carry a company live with constant background noise: messages, small fires, other people’s deadlines and a hundred open tabs in their head. In that noise it is hard to hear the person across the table, and just as hard to hear your own thoughts about where you are going and why.
The idea of Stilla Circle is to switch that noise off for a while. A few quiet hours with people who carry something similar, hands busy with something simple and a slow conversation often help you remember what you actually wanted from your work, so that afterwards you can act more clearly. That is the idea behind every format; there are no exercises and nobody is asked to work on themselves — just time, a table and people.
How it works at the table
- Nobody sells to anyone. People come to get to know each other, not to pitch or to close deals.
- There are no titles at the table. People introduce themselves by name, and what they do usually comes up later by itself.
- Phones go into an envelope at the door. It is voluntary, you can take yours back at any time, and families get a number that is answered during the gathering.
- What is said stays in the group. We do not photograph people, and we never publish faces or names.
Who is behind it
Stilla Circle was started in Vienna in 2026 by K., who hosts the gatherings herself. You can write to her directly at hello@stillacircle.com.
How people are chosen
We choose by values, not by money. We look at what you have built, how many people depend on it, what you do beyond your company and whether you like to share what you know. Revenue is not a criterion.
Every message is read by a person, and usually we have a short conversation of about fifteen minutes. A recommendation from someone who already knows us helps most.
We never ask about income, health, religion or politics.
