This page explains which personal data are processed when you visit stillacircle.com. The short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and has no forms.

Who is responsible

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages), on our behalf under Cloudflare's data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that every website receives: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. Cloudflare uses these data to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and deletes them after a short period; we do not receive or analyse access logs. If a page fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a technical error report (Network Error Logging) for the same purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR).

All files of this website, including fonts and the animation library three.js, are served from this website itself; no other services are contacted when you visit it. No connection to Google is made.

No cookies, no analytics, no forms

We do not set cookies, do not store anything in your browser, do not use analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins, and there is no newsletter or form on this website.

If you write to us

If you e-mail hello@stillacircle.com, we use your address and your message only to reply and to continue the conversation you started (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, at the latest six months after the conversation ends, unless you take part in a Stilla Circle event or the law requires us to keep it longer. Writing to us is voluntary. Incoming mail is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) to a Google mailbox (Gmail; Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), so Google receives your message as a recipient. Google may process data in the USA (Google LLC, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Links to social networks

The links to Instagram, Threads and Facebook are plain links. No data are sent to these networks until you click a link; after that, their own privacy policies apply.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Write to hello@stillacircle.com; we will then stop processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is needed for legal claims.

Your rights

You also have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). Write to hello@stillacircle.com. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at).

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., USA, als Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO; EU-US Data Privacy Framework); verarbeitet werden technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite, Browser) auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO und nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht. E-Mails an hello@stillacircle.com werden über Cloudflare Email Routing an ein Google-Postfach (Gmail; Google Ireland Limited, Verarbeitung auch in den USA möglich, Data Privacy Framework) weitergeleitet; wir verwenden sie nur zur Beantwortung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO) und löschen sie spätestens sechs Monate nach Ende des Kontakts, sofern keine Teilnahme oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht. Die Kontaktaufnahme ist freiwillig.

Widerspruchsrecht (Art. 21 DSGVO): Soweit wir Daten auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen verarbeiten, können Sie aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen.

Sie haben außerdem die Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15–20 DSGVO) sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei der Österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, www.dsb.gv.at. Stand: Oktober 2026.
